CERN experiments observe particle consistent with Higgs boson
Munich, July 4, 2012

Both experiments observe clear signs of a new particle consistent with the long-sought Higgs boson. A team of LMU physicists headed by Professor Dorothee Schaile have significantly contributed to this work.
