Münchner Physik Kolloquium

The "Münchner Physik Kolloquium" is jointly organized by Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität (LMU) München, the Technische Universität München (TUM) and the Max-Planck Institute for Physics in Munich. The talks are open to the public and free of charge. The venue alternates between the city center of Munich and the Garching campus (U6 underground train stop "Garching Forschungszentrum").

Student event: Meet the speaker

We invite you to a student-only discussion-round with the speakers before each Munich Physics Colloquium talk. Be curious and feel free to ask any question.

Venue: Mondays, 4 p.m. - 5 p.m.
  • If the colloquium takes place at Schellingstr. 4, the Meet-the-Speaker event will be in room H522, 5th floor of Schellingstr. 4.
  • If the colloquium takes place in Garching, the Meet-the-Speaker event will be in seminar room PH 3268 (upper floor) of James-Franck-Straße 1.
